I like the simple ease of it. You take the tank to the water to fill instead of the water to the tank which is much messier because in past experience it ends up spilling all out anyway. Also it heats up fast. No having to leave the room for 10 minutes while you wait for it to be ready. And finally it has great steam power. Continuous steam will pour out which makes the cleaning job so much smoother and gets those tough spots quicker.
oh, don’t let me forget the swivel head. Love this! I can get to all those hard places underneath furniture and around corners.
