I am a member of the Collective Bias® Social Fabric® Community. This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper amplification for #CollectiveBias and its advertiser. This post is not a health care professional’s opinion, but just a nice story about my opinions on Spingtime baseball and natural probiotics.
We are a baseball family. I know I’ve told you this many times, but let me explain it a bit more.
After high school Hubby took his dream of being a professional baseball player to the next level. He played in the minor leagues in San Jose under the San Fransico Giants. He played shortstop, but couldn’t bat the ball well enough so this only lasted for a season and a half. Good thing though, because he came home and found me again (have I told you THAT story before?).
He has played baseball in a men’s league ever since. No, not softball, that is for girls he would say. He is a pitcher and a mighty good one for almost age 40. He also does baseball lessons at an indoor facitilty…after work for good pay? nah, little pay is worth it for baseball right? He thinks so. Then last month, he got offered a position his baseball-loving-heart and mind couldn’t pass up. Meet the newest coach for the Christian high school in our town.
Our boys are following right in his footsteps. O’Bear has the same level of intensity for baseball and will tell you exactly what he is going to be when he grows up – a professional ball player. P’Diddy throws the ball harder than any four year old you know I bet.
How do they all have so much energy? How do I have energy keeping up with them?
A healthy diet and daily exercise is something that I strive to do. We also take dietery supplements like InSync Probiotic. I found our newest box at Costco where you can grab a 90capsule box to last awhile!
I read more and more all the time how probiotics are a must. They are good bacteria that helps your system keep balanced.
Lifestyle factors such as diet and stress may affect the composition of the microbiota. To make matters worse, as you get older, the number of good bacteria, especially bifidobacteria, may decrease. Probiotics, such as the ones in insync®, may help support gastrointestinal health
We spend a lot of time outside as you can see and getting sick or even rundown is not something that fits in our schedule.
Baseball runs through the blood in this house. Sometimes as the only female and as a mom who has to drive them everywhere, wait for practice to be over, and rush dinner so we don’t be late, I find myself anxious and wondering if it is all really worth.
Yes it is. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
