Keeping Kids Busy at the Holidays
We are definitely keeping kids busy at the holidays with the six games I posted earlier this week, but now it’s time to keep their hands and brains engaged. I have a great assortment of fun projects to do as a family that would make excellent gifts!
P’Diddy and I have talked about painting rocks before, but have never done it. With a kit that comes with everything included, I know we will have no excuse now! I love when everything is already put together for me.
A 48 page book comes with step by step photo instructions on how to illustrate your rocks to make them beautiful. 8 rub-on transfers (which is awesome since I have no drawing hand at all!), 3 brushes, paints, coating and even 4 rocks are found inside the kit.
I hope this will just be the beginning and get us on the fun path of rock painting!

Speaking of space here are the true facts to learn about all that happens up there! A 56 page book full of information and real life photos. The kids will love flipping through the pages to get a feel of what it looks like in space. Do they want to visit the moon one day too?

My biggest hobby when I was a girl was collecting stickers. I loved gathering stickers of all varieties! Remember the scratch and sniff ones? My favorite part was organizing them onto their pages. Animals, people, flowers, hearts, oh the list goes on.

We have become huge PLAYMOBIL fans! This past week P’Diddy put together their Take Along Fire Station and had so much fun reading the instructions, putting the pieces together, sticking the stickers on and then playing! That full review is coming next week, but today I wanted to show off their smaller sets. I think they are great for gifts and come in cute carrying cases to bring along anywhere.
