Eat Clean at Panera Bread

This is a sponsored post by Eat Clean at Panera Bread and these opinions are 100% my own.

What is Clean Eating? Food that’s not only good tasting, but also good for you, according to Panera Bread and I have to agree. There are not many restaurants that you can take your family to and feel good about what you’re eating.

I’ve told you about the big stores I can walk to easily from my new house, but I haven’t mentioned where I can eat. Panera Bread is the closest restaurant to us and I’m soooo glad that it is a place where we can choose healthy options.

This is the sign right as we walk in the door. See? Eat Clean. No artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or sweeteners. Even in the salad dressings!

I have been all about Panera Bread salads this summer, whether I order a large option or part of the “You Pick Two” option. Remember in my last post I showed you my Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad? The fresh fruit was delightful served with the grilled chicken (raised without antibiotics), and a few nuts sprinkled in there. And boy, do I love poppyseed dressing!

This week I tried out Panera’s Rapid Pick-Up because I wanted to see what it was all about. I ordered from their extensive menu and paid online before I left the house. My Chicken Cobb with Avocado Salad – a salad mixed with chicken, cheese, bacon, tomato, egg, avocado and herb vinaigrette, along with soup and chips – was ready when I arrived. I just had to pick it up on the Rapid Pick-Up Shelf!

Doesn’t it look yummy? My son wanted to steal my egg! I told him to order the salad himself…

I’m glad I can bring my boys out to eat without worrying about artificial ingredients.
