Core Bamboo Gift Guide

Mexican food is my favorite! I could eat it everyday. I try to mix it up a bit so that Hubby doesn’t roll his eyes when I tell him what is for dinner again. Last night I thought I would have a little FuN with it and created a Nacho Night. Actually, did you know that today is National Nacho Day?

Plus, I really wanted to show off my new bowls from Core Bamboo.

This is the Greenwich Collection – set of 4 bowls in pumpkin, lime, chocolate, and squash.

Bamboo is a really cool piece of wood. It is 16% stronger than Maple and is 33% lighter in weight than Oak. What is probably most remarkable is its unique extensive root system. When bamboo is harvested its natural root system spreads and automatically regenerates itself. Are you learning here?

Some of you may remember when I reviewed that Red Modern Round Bowl above. I get it out as often as I can, just because it is so beautiful!
