Be Gluten Free This Thanksgiving with Udi’s Products

| |

What is your favorite part of Thanksgiving? Mine is the stuffing. My mother’s stuffing. She will tell you that it is nothing fancy and uses a few simple ingredients, but I haven’t tasted another I like better.

This year she won’t be able to make it for me so I am going to do it myself and make it gluten free. With no real recipe written down, I’m going to wing it. I’ll use…

Bread cubes using Udi’s Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread, onion, celery, including chopped up celery leaves, parsley, ground sage, salt, pepper, a beaten egg, and chicken broth to moisten well, but careful not to overdo and make soggy.

Wish me luck!

Do you always have bread with dinner? This year you may want to go gluten free even if you don’t have dietary restrictions. With so much food and carbs being eaten over the next month or so it is nice to eat healthier when we can.

Serve Whole Grain Seeded Dinner Rolls at your table. These rolls are loaded with healthy chia, sunflower and flax seeds. See, healthy eating!

Other choices from Udi’s to check out are the Classic French Dinner Rolls or French Baguettes. Warm in the oven and enjoy! Supposed to be so good, no one will even know they are gluten free. 🙂

While the kids are at home for break, have them make their own pizza with the Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crusts. This is the Udi’s product I probably buy the most. My boys love when I lay out all the ingredients on the counter for them to pile everything they like on top and bake. Fast and easy lunch!

My favorite is my Gluten Free Taco Pizza that I had on the blog earlier this year. So Yum!

Check out Udi’s next time you are at the grocery store. Here is a Get $1 off coupon for any Udi’s Gluten Free product.

Have a great Thanksgiving!

I was sent product coupons to help with my post.
