My oldest is growing up. His first year of high school was enough for me, but then a few weeks ago he turned 15. 15! This means he studied hard and received his driver’s permit. Can’t believe I have a child who will drive! In a few weeks it will be summer vacation and he is looking for a job (a job!) and this past weekend had his first interview. Poor kid had to sit through his dad and I grilling him with practice questions. I think I was more nervous then he was, but my laid back kid still had a smile on his face as we left the house.
Where does time go?
Doesn’t he look great sporting his grown up Work to Weekend pants from Haggar.com. Hubby wears dress pants every day to work of course and he has always loved how comfy and affordable Haggar is. Now we’ve learned that two of their styles are sustainable pants!
The E-CLO Stria Dress Pants below are partially made from recycled plastic bottles! Isn’t that awesome?! They have a great silky soft feeling, contain a hidden expandable waistband and are available in ten colors. Plus, they say no iron! Can that be true?
Plastic bottles labeled with a #1 on the bottom are made of polyester called PET — polyethylene terephthalate. PET bottles are ground into flakes that are then transformed into REPREVE threads. The threads are woven into the fabric that is then dyed and used to make Haggar’s E-CLO dress pant and Life Khaki Sustainable Chino. Haggar has saved more than 125 million plastic bottles from landfills!
Feel good about saving the planet with your purchase.
