Hi I’m Courtney! Thank you for visiting Crunchy Beach Mama. A Colorado Mom Blog I pour my heart and soul into!

I am a crunchy mama who loves showing others natural and green ways to live. I have expanded into many family-friendly categories, but am picky about what I promote as eco-friendly and healthy ways are where my heart is.

I spent 6 years on the SE coast where I started this blog and the fall of 2014 moved to the Boulder / Denver area. I can be a Beach AND Mountain Mama right? 🙂
