Wildtree Garlic Grapeseed Oil

I was first introduced to Wildtree and the benefits of grapeseed oil at our local health fair last year. I picked up the information, filed it away in a drawer at home, and totally forgot about it again. Then I “met” Amanda, who sells Wildtree products, on Facebook and it reminded me all over that I needed to try it! Have you heard of grapeseed oil before? Did you know that it was good for you?

I love it when I get to teach you something…

Expeller Pressed Grapeseed Oilis made from grape seeds after wine production. It is therefore environmentally sound and requires no new farmland or water to produce. Versatile, delicious and good for you, Grapeseed oil allows the pure flavor of fresh food to come through. Its delicate flavor and body make it perfect for sauting, baking or frying. Try it in salad dressings, on pasta or hard breads, or use as marinades or bastes for the grill.

I received my Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil on Christmas Eve and it was perfect timing! It was appetizer night and I had just bought a loaf of fresh bakery bread. I poured the oil on to a small plate (like at the fancy Italian restaurants!) and sprinkled some cheese herb mix I had on top. It was so yummy that I went to the store again later in the week to buy another fresh loaf so I could dip it some more!

And grapeseed oil is ideal for frying! You can heat it up to around 400 degrees without burning. I cut up some chicken into strips, added some breading, and made homemade chicken nuggets for the boys. Yum yum yum!

Wildtree has TONS of products, not just oil!  Breads, Soups, Pancakes, Spices, and so much more! Amanda spoiled me and also sent the Taco Seasoning Blend because I had told her that our family makes Mexican food all the time. We have made tacos & enchiladas with our new spices! I love that all their products are all natural, peanut free, msg free, additive free and dye free!

There is also lots of great recipes on the Wildtree website where you put it the product and out comes the yummy recipe. Here is one that contains both the garlic grapeseed oil and taco seasoning blend. I can’t wait to try it!

WILDTREE TIP: Great served with Texas Corn Bread

Yes it would be served great with corn bread!

Don’t you think Wildtree would be a great company to work for? That is what Amanda thought too! Here is a little bit about why she got started…I started selling wildtree because I loved being able to READ the ingredient list and KNOW what I was eating. and feeding my family. I wanted to share the love of wildtree with everyone, and there is no better way to share it…and make money doing it. :0) as a homeschooling mom to five kiddos, it allows me the freedom to get some ‘adult’ time for myself and ‘daddy’ time for the kiddos.

We want you to try out the yummy benefits of grapeseed oil too! Amanda is going to let you WIN a bottle of Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil. Yay!

Good Luck!

Wildtree with Amanda sent me two products for this review but I was not compensated in any way for the post and all opinions are my own.
