I am trying out Eggnog which is made with lots of real eggnog and a touch of nutmeg. It is extra creamy, more so then you might think when it comes to fudge, but I love it like this! Love love!! It just melts in my mouth.
The Holiday Mint is my all time favorite flavor in any sweet. Chocolate + Peppermint. They combine their Belgian Chocolate with a nice balanced mint flavor and layers of Belgian white chocolate. It doesn’t disappoint and I’ve been slowly trimming off piece by piece. YUM!
They also have a couple of other flavors that I think would be great this time of year. Cranberry Maple Nut which is their pure New England maple fudge (the Maple is all my time fav so far!!) chock full of fresh walnuts and dried cranberries. Plus one called Snowy Moose which is their chocolate with all natural coconut concentrate, heaps of dark chocolate chips, and sweetened all-natural coconut layered throughout.
I always like to remind you what makes The Mill Fudge Factory a little different then ordinary fudge.
- It’s an “artisan fudge” handcrafted with the finest natural ingredients.
- This means we don’t use any corn syrup, instead we use a little honey. This makes it not quite as sickly sweet as some fudge.
- We don’t use any artificial ingredients either.
- It’s based on my grandfather’s recipe from Scotland. It’s butter based instead of cream.
- Texture – smooth finish that melts in your mouth, but has more texture than some frosting-like fudge.
