The End is Here as a #ShakleeBlogger but I am Not Done
I can’t believe that six months have gone by and my Shaklee Blogger journey is at an end.
Let me sum up for you how I my adventure went…
For Month 1, I video-tapped my very first Vlog (I was so nervous!) and shared the Shaklee program and what I would be doing. In my post I shared my personal story.
Month 2 was about Motivation. My Vlog took place in my closet and I told you what motivated me and then my post I wrote How to stay Motivated which I found to be a challenge as the months went on and had to refer back to my own post!
I was half way through the program after Month 3, as I share in this month’s vlog. Also wrote about three things I was learning from Shaklee that isn’t just about losing weight.
For Month 4 you’ll see my boys as we take a family walk at one of our favorite scenic places. Plus I listed a ton of fun Summer Activities to get everyone moving!
In Month 5 I was embarrassed to tell you about my Summer Slump on camera, but the good part was I dedicated my post to Hubby who is my awesome supportive partner.
Month 6 is here and done! Ahhhhh! Do you want to hear?
My goal was to lose at least 13 pounds. I lost 9 pounds and 10 inches.
While part of me is happy, I am sad that I couldn’t do better. I blame it entirely on my Summer Slump because my brain could not stay on track with the kids home this summer. I even gained a couple of pounds back, but happy to say that I lost it again since they have gone back to school! I’ve been exercising daily as soon as the bus comes and I’m on a roll once again.
I encourage you to check out the Shaklee 180 program! I enjoy making my shake concoctions everyday and the bars are super yummy!
How is your weight loss journey going this year?
