Playing & Saving in the Outdoors

We have officially been in our new house almost three months now. I am happy for the extra room and the hardwood floors, but one of the biggest changes is we now have a driveway to shoot hoops, a yard to run around in, and a nice street to ride our bikes!

We have already purchased new sports equipment, a ‘slow down children playing sign’, and are making a household effort to spend more time outdoors. My favorite activity is going on family bike rides around the block with P’Diddy in his Trailer. It has been so wonderful that my boys are now spending more time running around then playing video games.

Like many mamas, trying to find the cheapest gear, in the easiest and fastest way, is what I do best. I have come to rely on websites to help me find and choose the best deals. For sporting and outdoor toys, the REI coupon code for example, gives me five different options on how I can save at that store. Perfect for this time of year when we are all on a scavenger hunt to find the best deals!
