Intemperantia Organic Chocolate Truffle
“Intense, creamy, luxurious, sublime. If you decide to indulge, remember that one perfect organic chocolate truffle is better than a dozen candy bars, and believe me these organic truffles are absolutely perfect, ” says Oprah on her O List.
I have been drooling at Intemperantia’s website for days now. What chocolates are they going to send me to review?
Will it be chocolate covered cherry or the english toffee that Hubby would love?
Or maybe their organic milk chocolate truffle with cherry & coffee center.
I know you want to hear more about these fantastic chocolates.
Intemperantia has only been around for about ten years but their recipes are generations old! Their chocolate is imported from Switzerland and with a mix of French & German culture, these family recipes started one of the first online chocolate companies.
We start with only the best bean which is put through a longer process in order to produce a smoother quality product. Â There are no artificial ingredients, colors, or flavorings used in our chocolates, and we use only the finest liquors and nuts. Only 100% cocoa butter is used, without oils or substitutes. We maintain temperatures and conditions at optimum levels at all times.
All I can say is Yum Yum and Yum again!
And look! I can not wait to show you this! It was made just for ME! (well not really….)
Imtemperantia has a great website that teaches you about chocolate too!
Take a quiz about the Cocoa Tree or read all the steps a cocoa bean takes from harvest until you eat it. It’s a lot!
Or you might want to steal their recipe for Dark Cocoa Butter Chocolate Cake which is made with their Hot Chocolate!
Now a Crunchy Mama has to be behind this awesome company right? Right!
Heidi, who I’ve had the pleasure emailing tells me that she co-sleeps since her daughter has been born, breastfed until she self-weaned at a year, used cloth diapers, &Â made all her baby food from organic and garden grown fruits & veggies.Â
oh and I know you’ve dying to know what Intemperantia means…it is Latin for self-indulgence 🙂
