We went to Yo Gabba Gabba Live!

 

It was P’Diddy’s first date. He was taking his girl to Yo Gabba Gabba Live!

 

The show started out with a BANG as DJ Lance appears on a big screen with flashy lights and streamers flying from the ceiling. Baby wasn’t quite so sure yet.

 

Then here come all the characters ~ Muno, Foofa, Broobe, Toodee, & Plex ~ singing their songs to introduce themselves. It’s Time to Dance and get this party started!

Many people got up on their feet to start to swinging around while my guy felt more comfortable in my lap, but I could tell he was having fun since his eyes never left the stage and every now and then I would get a little head nod moving to the beat.

 

Not knowing to much about Yo Gabba Gabba before that night (we watched a couple episodes and You Tube videos to prepare) I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I was worried it would be very loud, that P’Diddy would be scared, and that I would get a headache 🙂

But we had lots of fun! The show is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers who like to sing and dance and at the same time a nice message is being displayed. I think our favorite song was Hugs Are Fun and even today he keeps coming over to me and says ‘hug hug’ with his arms open wide like the characters did! So cute!

The show was a perfect length. Exactly an hour and a half with an intermission in there too! We got home right at bedtime and where his older brothers were waiting to hear all about it. P’Diddy showed them some dance moves!
