Homemade Ice Cream with Cookie Crumbles
Have you ever made ice cream before? If you haven’t then you are missing out! You don’t need a big machine that takes up space, though they do look like a breeze to use. I have a Zoku Ice Cream Maker that makes a single serve size in about 10 minutes! The negative is that it does take a bit of arm work to whip up, but the positive is that everyone in the family can make and customize their own bowl. Today I want to share with you our favorite homemade ice cream with cookie crumbles, that works with whatever type of ice cream maker you have. You’ll find nothing artificial in it and can make it with all organic ingredients too! It’s so simple and yummy!

Back to Nature Cookies – any flavor crumbled!
Just like my ice cream, Back to Nature carefully selects their ingredients. Non-GMO (over 90% of their products), no hydrogenated oils and no high fructose corn syrup. We’ve become quite addicted to these bite sized chewy cookies. Our favorite flavors at the ice cream shop are Cookies and Cream or Cookie Dough, so mixing it up at home makes sense. Homemade is much better and more fun!
Cookie leftovers? I drop one in my boys’ lunchboxes for a special treat.
