I talk a lot about bars and hummus being our favorite snacks, but when I think about it, popcorn is probably the number one snack food we eat. I pop it multiple times a week in my machine and crunch on it during my nightly show. Lately I’ve added ingredients to my bowl to make some healthy popcorn mix.

Nut mix – whatever is in your pantry.
Dried apple chips
Healthy Pop Kettle Corn {plain/butter will do, but this adds to the sweetness!}
Pop the corn, crunch the apple chips, mix in the nuts and sprinkle the cinnamon over it all.
Other healthy sweet mix in ideas? Raisins or other dried fruits, dark chocolate or cacao chips, coconut.
