Avocado and Parmesan Hot Dog
What is our favorite thing to do in the summer? Have family grill outs and eat outside! This week we got a little creative with our hot dog toppings and our favorite combo we came up with was the Avocado and Parmesan Hot Dog. It was a winner at our house!

My Avocado and Parmesan Hot Dog
Peel and slice an avocado. Shave fresh parmesan. Add both to your hot dog with a drizzle of olive oil. Don’t forget to add your Vermont Bread Company Natural Bun to the grill for a minute first to make warm.

Maybe you’re simple and just like plain ol’ ketchup and mustard. Try Sir Kensington’s with non-gmo ingredients and less sugar. Or maybe you love to load it up – relish, pickle, onion and everything else. Whatever it is, I know it will taste better (and you’ll feel better!) using Applegate’s grass-fed beef.

Get your family on the grass, just like how the Applegate cows eat and roam. Grab a frisbee or our fav – a bochee ball set, to play a game. Grill your hot dogs and come up with your own yummy and unique toppings.
