Let’s Color Together at Gymboree Giveaway
“We’re going to do a craft!” I could hear the excitement in P’Diddy’s voice. Was it that long since we’ve done one? This has been a busy summer outdoors and I’m glad we were taking a bit of time to let our indoor imaginations play. Today we are teaming up with Gymboree to share why creativeness is needed for all in their Gymboree’s Let’s Color Together campaign.
1.7 million students are in need of arts & crafts supplies. That makes me so sad! Now through Sept.7th Gymboree is teaming up with DonorsChoose.org where they aim to fulfil at least one classroom in every county where there is a Gymboree location. Love that it is staying local!
We put together a Kiwi Crate I had and it was perfect because it was simple, cute and contained 2 wind powered cars for my boys to color and create. A little learning about wind energy is always a bonus!
The boys are sporting Gymboree’s Sports Legend Tee and Soccer Champ Tee. Perfect for my small teamsters.
Of course when they were done they had to test them with a race! Changing into the Long Sleeve Striped Tee and High Five Tee, they had to blow blow blow the sail. Ok just give it a little push. hee hee.
When I did my shopping last week for the items in these photos the saleswoman asked me at checkout if I’d like to donate for the Let’s Color Campaign and I said YES! Even $1 supplies a child with a pack of crayons for the year.
