Butter Toffee Frappe & Cross Country Cafe
For all of my coffee lovers ~ this post is for you! I’m not sure how I first found Cross Country Cafe, though I bet it was a blog review because we are awesome at spreading the word (ha!). I follow them on Facebook where they are very active and droll over their coffee posts and recipes. They have some fantastic ideas for your Keurig K-cups that you can order very easily right from their online store.
Let me share the drink that has become my new fav! Butter Toffee Frappe.
Gloria Jean’s Butter Toffee may be my number one favorite coffee. Even my not-coffee-loving-husband likes this one. I used Cross Country Cafe’s Vanilla Frappuccino recipe…of course subsitute what you love! Maybe even a Peanut Butter Cup Frappucinno? yep on the Cross Country Cafe blog.
I also ordered Green Mountain Coffee’s Golden French Toast that is Fair Trade Certified. It is sooooo yummy and can’t wait to try it in a frappe too! Cheaper than Starbucks right?
I couldn’t leave the kids out. They love using my Keurig too, though it is usually for hot chocolate. This time I ordered Green Mountain Naturals Lemonade with No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
Guess what we made? Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. The boys loooooooved it! So did I! Perfect for a hot afternoon snack while playing outside.
The last coffee I chose was Newman’s Own Special Organic Decaf because I often get an itching for a cup at night when I’m cleaning up the kitchen from the day. What is funny is that C’Man has taken a liking to coffee and he thinks it is great to brew himself a cup of decaf (with flavored natural creamer!).
