What’s Your Healthy? Tips & Tools #AetnaMyHealthy

We talk a LOT about Being Healthy on this blog don’t we? Every little tip and tool that I can share with you makes me happy because we are in this journey together. I need accountability and every time I write a new post it invigorates me and I hope it does you too!

Here are some simple ideas from a few of my favorite past posts that I have shared with you.

10,000 steps

Fitness:

What is Crossfit? – have you heard of this exercise craze? Get strong!

How to get in 10,000 Steps a Day – wear your pedometer and easily get in 5 miles!

Healthy Food:

Salad Bar Night – great way to get the kids involved and try new things!

Clean Eating – do you read ingredient labels when you shop?

In fact Ali Sweeney has some words of advice in the Clean Eating category too!

Don’t you agree? Shop the perimeter of the store and stay away from the middle where packaged and processed food are sold. Alison has teamed up with Aetna and their campaign What’s Your Healthy?

Everyone has their own definition on how to be healthy – from walking around the block to training for a marathon. At this new website feel free to share your personal ‘healthy’ and create a digital ‘healthy tile’ by answering a few questions about your lifestyle. Once the tiles are displayed they can easily be shared through all social media platforms.
