Pumpkins! Pumpkins! Pumpkins! {& BabyLegs Giveaway for 2!}
It’s October and I am thinking a lot about pumpkins right now.
I’ve already baked two pumpkin goodies that have been snarfed up by the boys. I’ve already drank two iced pumpkin coffees and need more soon. I’ve already been to the pumpkin patch to pick out decor for my front stoop.
And I’ve been crafting pumpkins! Well not really sure this is called a craft, but an activity for preschool.
I found a really great site with cute pumpkin printables. Here is the original pin. This one was good for matching numbers and I thought perfect! It is exactly what we are working on.
I printed out 2 of the same pumpkin. I wanted it to last all month long and maybe even on to next year and I had the idea to laminate. I then cut one of the sheets and didn’t want to lose the pieces so I attached velcro to both the cut strips and the big pumpkin.
It became a puzzle that we can use again and again!

It is not a crunchy recipe, but one my mom used to make and it is yum.
Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
Use 12 x 18 pan and pour the above into pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
Completely cool then spread the following icing over it.
