Peanut Banana Smoothie with Organic Peanut Powder

| | | |

Santa Cruz Organic is putting a new spin on one of our favorite pantry staples this spring. I’m happy to introduce Organic Peanut Powder. Peanut Powder gives you classic peanut flavor without the fat for a lighter version and it is PERFECT to stick into recipes like my Peanut Banana Smoothie I’ve mixed up for breakfast each morning this week.

When I say without the fat, I’m talking 80% less fat and 60% less calories than natural organic peanut butter! You can find a few recipes on the back of the peanut powder packages like the one I’m going to recreate for you right here.

Peanut Banana Smoothie

Individual smoothies are great to make in my Ninja Blender because it has a single serve option. My older boys whip up their own in no time too!

What I love – all Santa Cruz products are Certified USDA Organic and Non-GMO Verified. Between their juices, applesauce, jellies and peanut butters, we are eating something everyday at our house. They are kid-friendly and the recipes you can create are delish!
