A couple of month’s ago I had the privilege of heading to Moe Headquarters. One of many exciting opportunities that took place on that trip was the bloggers were in charge of making a new salsa. They gave us the ingredients and the tools, now we had to come up with the best recipe.
Everyone pooled in their ideas and we were taking suggestions from the experts…
The best part of course was having to taste it as we went along….yummm…
a little more cilantro please…shall we grill this pepper first…how about we add salt?
If you are already a Moe’s fan you know all about their great salsa bar that is free with as many chips as you can eat. Some of their salsas are permanent fixtures and others are rotated on a quarterly basis.

I’m going to enter a recipe I’ve shared with you before. It’s Hubby’s creation. I hope Moe’s doesn’t mind that we call it a Greek Salsa instead of a Southwest…hee hee…it’s a tad different…but soooo easy and GOOD!
Chunky Greek Salsa
2 Large Tomatoes
1/2 White Onion
1 Green Pepper
6oz Garlic Herb or Mediterranean Feta Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chop up and Mix. Serve right away.
