Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic Digestive Health Take Two!

Let me tell you a little bit more about Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic. If you didn’t read my first post earlier this week then you can click HERE to read my Probiotics 101.

The vitamin 4X Priobiotic contains 4 strains of natural beneficial bacteria: Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum.

When taken daily, this product will help support and maintain a healthy digestive system.

Gastroenterologists recommend B. infantis because it…
  • Helps to support & maintain a healthy digestive system
  • Promotes gastrointestinal health & digestive system balance

I’ve been very good at taking my vitamin everyday. I usually forget.

One reason I have been better is because of the way that the capsules are stored.

Each week is separated out into its own package and every day of the week is labeled and perforated.

Very handy!

A twin pack at Sam’s Club is a 90-day supply for $28.88. I think that is a great price!

Ever since my gall bladder was removed seven years ago I have had ‘problems’. Not sure how much they are related, but I should have been taking a probiotic on a regular basis a long time ago. I’m glad I am finally on the right track and am anxious to see if I will feel different in the long run.

One thing I want to look into more is the safety of probiotics for children. My oldest son has stomach issues all the time.

There are a few foods that also help with this issue – the main one is yogurt! I’m glad C’Man likes it because that is what I give him many mornings to help start his day off good.

For the rest of us, it is important to eat foods to help with digestive issues, but I think a good daily vitamin is a great idea for general health and to keep the flow going in a regular way…if you know what I mean…lol…
