It’s Easy to Recycle Ink Cartridges From Home

|

I have been doing a lot from home lately. Things that most people probably leave their house to do.

I’m looking into grocery delivery from local farms. I’ve researched sending in my used kid clothes to ThredUp. I buy more and more online using my Prime 2-day shipping. I’ve had computer repairmen come to ME. Some might call me lazy. I call it time management. I find one errand can talk much longer then necessary and I hate using up that gas too.

recycle inkI’m fortunate that my city has a good recycle program. They give me a large container that I fill to the brim every other week and then they come pick it up in their big truck. There are some items though that I have to hold on to and take to the city drop-offs myself. One is ink cartridges.

Did you know that over 1 million ink cartridges are thrown away each year?

Next time yours is used up put it aside, instead of the garbage. Head to Ink Technologies and print out a Free Shipping Label and mail it in to them!

Why? Printer cartridge recycling actually saves us money! Only the components subject to wear and tear get replaced with new parts; the main body of the cartridge can be reused multiple times. Did you know this? Now you do!

And the best part? You are saving the earth (and your wallet when you purchases remanufactured!) all from the comfort of your home.

Do you recycle your ink cartridges? Do you try to do a lot from home?
