Healthy Snacks on the Go!

I don’t know about you, but I am always on the go! I try my hardest to do all my errands in the same trip, but there is always something popping up. Some days I really do live in my car.

The boys are in a sport every season. This means 2 to 4 nights a week we are on the go! It means an early dinner or a late one.

I always have snacks in my purse. Always. Someone is always hungry and it’s in my best interest to keep them fueled up!

Here are some of our favorite healthy snacks for on the go!

Dried Fruits

Such a great sweet snack. If you have a Trader Joe’s I highly encourage you to check out their Ends and Pieces. They take leftover pieces and sell them. Love them!

Nut Mix

We like all kinds of nuts around here. Sometimes I’ll mix them with cheese crackers, raisins, pretzels, or even little chocolate candies to give it some variety.

Pirate Booty & Popcorn

Lightweight and easy to carry and oh so yum!

Snack Bars

This is our number one snack on the go and we like trying out different ones! We just gave Quaker®’s new Big Chewy Granola Bars a shot. BIG means better at our house with my little piggies. Made with no high fructose corn syrup which is super important to us.
