Disney’s Cars 2 & Fandango

| |

Going to a movie is fun isn’t it? We do not go often enough because of prices being high & babies being too little. But every once in awhile Hubby or I will take the big boys out and spoil them! This weekend we went to see Disney’s Cars 2!

It was great going on opening weekend and being one of the first people to view the movie. To make my life a little easier we bought our tickets ahead on Fandango.

This was great for a few reasons:

  • I didn’t have to rush to the theater and then find out they are sold out
  • I can pay ahead using a credit card or Paypal!
  • My tickets are printable so I don’t have to wait in line (or if you’re a greenie like me just pick them up at the box office window)
  • I received a free iTunes download

You can see how easy Fandango is by viewing my run down of the website.

Now on to the movie!

I can say my review for Cars 2 in a few easy words ~ James Bond vs Cars = Cars 2 ~ if you love action-packed, spy movies, with a lot of car racing then there is no doubt that you will LOVE this movie!

oh and it’s FULL of Mater!! HE is a spy ~ can you imagine? So fun! Lightening McQueen, Sally, & the rest of the gang are there too with a few new characters you are bound to adore…or dislike…I don’t want to tell you to much!

When my boys heard the movie was full of chase scenes, missiles launching, and things exploding they couldn’t contain their excitement…

And yes the movie is rated G. Now you’re going to ask if I think it’s appropriate for the wee ones? Well, I’m not going to judge that for you. I am not a very critical mother and I let my boys watch many things if I think it’s a good family flick. I always think Disney delivers those.

If you are a Cars fan then I definitely think it’s a must see! Well, I think it’s a must see for everyone! But I’ll let you be the judge for the small guys.

Can’t wait to hear what you think!! 🙂
