Dinner Served with Whole Foods Market

| | |

For Christmas this year I received the best gift. A gift card to Whole Foods Market. I already love shopping there, but when you have it paid for it is even more fun! ha!

In fact, I drive all the way across town to visit my favorite health-grocery stores weekly. I visit them more than I do the local grocery that is one mile from my house. You can’t beat the natural and organic whole foods that you find for every meal, snacks, drinks and special treats. I don’t have to worry about reading labels as much either.

I’m teamed up with Whole Foods Market this year to share with you some of their new and exclusive foods as the months go on. Are you excited? I am!

Here are the products I received this round:

Whole Foods

Let me go into further detail for you…Here was our dinner the other night.

Italian Wedding Soup with Saffron Road Classic Culinary Lamb and Chicken Broth as the base. Do you know where I found my recipe? In my weekly eMeals plan. Remember my Natural & Organic grocery list is set up to concide with Whole Foods.

The kids loved finding meatballs in their soup and it was great heated up for lunch the next day too! I was also introduced to a new lettuce – escarole – and worried I wouldn’t find it, but yep Whole Foods carries it.

To drink, Hubby and I had organic Harmless Harvest Raw Tea. It’s raw because no hot water was used to brew the tea. They use a frozen pulverization and high velocity cold-brewing method they invented to help minize tannins and optize essential oils. Neat?

I was super excited for dessert! I baked a paleo-friendly cookie. Almond Butter Chocolate Chip using Maisie Jane’s “Save Our Bees” Almond Butter. For every bottle sold, Maisie Jane’s donates $.05 to Save Our Bees!

Not only were these dessert, but they were awesome paired up with my morning coffee. We are scarfing them down!

Other chocolate treats I want to share with you include Alter Organic Fair Trade Truffles which are each indivually wrapped. I took mine out of the main box and sprinkled them in gifts last month. They are pretty and yummy! Oh and made with coconut oil which is awesome.

Lily’s Sweets Fair Trade and Stevia Sweeted Chocolates we’ve had on the blog before. I’ve never seen their holiday designs and think they are great! Perfect for that person who can not (or doesn’t want!) sugar.

Last, but not least is my fav. SUJA elements Cold-Pressure Pasturized Juices. Let me tell you a story.

A few months ago P’Diddy and I were doing our shopping at Whole Foods when we bump into a sample table with drinks. The worker was setting up small cups for customers to take and right next to her was the display of these bright, colorful bottles with wonderful flavors – berryoxidant, blutrients, mango fuego, tropicaloe and so many more!

They were SO GOOD! I came home and couldn’t get them out of my mind. I checked out their website and started following them on all social media. I even tried to contact them for the blog because I knew they would be perfect for you! Was escatic when my Whole Foods Market box contained them for this post. I love pulling out a drink like this for a snack or even a meal. SO GOOD for you!

That sums up my new products. Is there a certain one that you will be trying with your family?

oh, I also want to show you what the new discovery we found at our Whole Foods Market here in town. A Bee Hive right in our store! They built it right into the wall. Gosh, I love honey. Do you?
