Chunky Greek Salsa

|

Our family was happy tonight! We got to grill out and test a new yummy product we call Chunky Greek Salsa at the same time!

P’Diddy and I took a trip to Walmart this week to plan this special meal. We were looking for Hillshire Farms Gourmet Creations Sausage. We found three flavors ~ Beef & Jalapeno, Beef & Bacon, Sweet Italian Style. They all had cheese inside of them too. Yum! I couldn’t decide which two to buy (as they came in packages of four) so I bought all three!

What I liked about these new sausages ~ No Artificial Colors or Flavors and No By-Products

We also gathered all the ingredients we would need to make Hubby’s own creation

Chunky Greek Salsa

2 Large Tomatoes

1/2 White Onion

1 Green Pepper

1 Avocado

6oz Garlic Herb Feta Cheese

Salt & Pepper to taste

My favorite part of the whole night was all I had to do was snap pictures. This was Hubby’s night to grill, chop, and create!

All the salsa entails is to chop up the veggies by hand or put them in the food processor for a minute to make less chunky.

Time to get those Sausages out to the grill!

Combine all the veggies in a bowl and add the feta cheese. You are now ready to dip!

This recipe actually makes A LOT ~ this is a sample size.

Have fun with your meal!

What a terrific Creation that Hubby made!

We love the chips Scoops for this dip.

An easy side of grapes was added. This is Gourmet for us and a meal the kids will eat! (well two of them anyway!)

P’Diddy is not a hot dog/hamburger kid, but look…every bite is almost gone…I was so happy!

What Gourmet meal would you make with your Hillshire Farms Gourmet Creations Sausage?

What do you think of our Chunky Greek Salsa?
