An Hour to Myself #TakeBackYourMorning

|

There is one hour in my day that I like to call my own. It is 7am and I just got back from taking the big boys to the bus. P’Diddy is still sleeping and I pray it stays that way for a bit. Hubby will wake up soon, but he’ll leave to exercise. I have about one hour, fingers crossed, before P’Diddy will wake up.

The house is so peaceful. The sun is coming up. I quietly start up my Keurig machine and decide what kind of cup I’d like that morning. As it heats up I boot up my laptop for the day. An hour to eat my breakfast, enjoy my coffee, and do my morning computer work…all in peace. I sit in my favorite chair and get started. I won’t get up again until I hear little pitter patter feet coming down the hall.

Seattle's Best Organic Coffee

This particular morning I had the delight to try Seattle’s Best Coffee. You can visit my shopping trip to Walmart HERE where I purchased it. They have 5 Levels or flavors to choose from ~ Dark & Intense to Light & Crisp and everything in between.

I chose a Level 4 that was Organic and Fair Trade. I poured into one of my favorite cups and added a bit of my lactose-free Trader Joe vanilla creamer and a dash of sugar. It was deLish!

Take Back Your Morning

I added my Shaklee meal bar with some fresh fruit and set up my pretty flowers, from Walmart too, by my side to give my morning a bright, cheerful beginning.

A perfect start to my day…and to take back my morning.
